have any runners had experience of this before ?
physio recommended I saw somebody so went along earlier, cost £45 , quite interesting but at end it just turned into a sales pitch to sign up to a package which would cost about £150-£200
 


If you are having problems with pain whilst running it'll be worth it. I wear orthotics to help with dropped metatarsal arches in both feet. Prior to using them I would get pain in the ball of the foot while running, now I can run marathons (well I could if I wanted to!). I also have them for my ski boots, well worth the cost in my opinion.
 
Already bought an inner sole for when running. Costing me a fortune all this advice and start t think people just fleece it for all it's worth

Was having major problems with corns & pains in the balls of my feet. Got gait analysis & purchased fitted insoles & new runners. Best £120 I've ever spent. Never looked back.
