bullshit pandering to the kernts at the bcci. How the fuck has the IPL got a offical icc window?

No Pak-Ind series or Eng-Bang. Pure pisstake. The reason India dont play pak is a joke too. cos the government dont let us. Bullshit. So why is it ok to play them in world cups etc?

Not really mate. Mugabe is hardly Pakistan. What reason did the BCCI give for not going to play Pak in Dubai? Oh aye, cos its a terrorist hotbed apparently.

So if the BCCI/Indian gov are that against playing the terrorist state of pak. Then why allow them to play them in the W/C etc? Maybe cos they dont want the world to know how f***ing pathetic they are?

I'm not being melodramatic. But this is the start of the end of Cricket like. When TPTB are chasing the money rather than bettering the game around the world.

Two wrongs don't make a right marra. Whilst I can see why we dont play Zim as Mugabe was being a overt dick (even though we should as sport should break down barriers and not let politics invloved). Not sure what the Pak government have done apart from tit for tat.

Looking at the bilateral trade value. Ind has pak as a most favoured state status and the value is about 3billion usd. So the countries are buying off each other. Why arent they playing cricket?

England played in Sri Lanka when their government was carrying out genocide against the Tamils. What Mugabe was doing in Zimbabwe was awful but affected white people (as some saw it in the west). Just like playing apartheid South Africa was OK.

So old school ECB was racist then in your opinion? Even stranger then that IND wont play pakistan, when in all sense and purpose they are the same people.
 
1960s/70s MCC was more racist than UKIP. Check out the horrible bastard that was Alec Bedser and his Freedom Alliance chums. They stopped D'Oliveira from going to South Africa and only backed down after national outrage. The India/Pakistan thing is just stupid politicking which has no place in sport or we wouldn't play v many countries.

Grubby Allen as well.

The book on D'Oliveira by Peter Oborne does not make good reading from an English Cricket Establishment point of view and showed a lot of them for what they really were.

The fact that the minutes from that crucial meeting have gone missing speaks volumes.
