Saw them at City Hall mid 70s , on a rearranged gig after they had to cancel original gig as they all had ‘flu. They apologised to the crowd saying they missed the gig as they’d been on LSD…. Lem Sip Dilute!
Every time I have a Lemsip I think of that gig, a class act.

That might have been the one. Tbh I was there with a lass who I was very interested in, not the fur coat and no knickers type.
Anyway, I was paying her a lot of attention so might have missed that comment.
I lost interest when Creme and Godley left but for four or five albums they were so good, unique.
