I've seen some with addresses and phone numbers - but I'd like to have one that includes email addresses?

Vague, I know.

I have done one before, e-mailed all the hospital in the North East region and asked questions on the number of medical and nursing students they had on their books at a specific time, responded within days, don't think you can get personal details like

FOIs are now modern day journalism. Send a request and write a non-story on the responses.

Most of the responses are completely and utterly meaningless as there is never any context to the data.
