Free Photography Course and Magazine Offer.

I know there are some experienced and talented photographers around here but this seems a good deal. A free on-line course or for £10 the course and 6 issues of Practical Photography. Seems a good opportunity for newbies and for others a chance to revisit and brush up skills.​

To be honest, if you're prepared to do this sort of thing on-line then there are already so many free on-line resources that you'd only be throwing money at something that you can already do for free.

Ultimately it's all about learning styles. if you're the kind of person that learns best by sitting down with reference manual then just about any written resource will suit you. If you learn best by having someone show you the ropes then no amount of written material will help without the hands-on guidance. 72% of people are in the latter category.

I don't necessarily hate e-learning but it's a bit of a cheap con when you know the stats.
