Yo lifters!
I have been working to a linear progression programme (Greyskull LP) over the past few months and I am struggling to add 2.5kg to lifts.
I had a look for fractional plates but the properly machined items are quite expensive. I've heard that some people use bags full of washers and other items to add approx. 0.6kg onto each end of the barbell.
Is there an easy method of adding a total of 1.25kg (ish) onto the barbell weight, such as clipping on a few of the metal tightener thingies? I could try to weigh some on the scales at the gym.
