Forum doesnt Refresh

Last couple of days each time ive visited the site the forums dont refresh, ie when a new post is made my screen doesnt show it so the forum sticks at a specific time. For example today I cant view posts after 6:08pm and it is like this until I restart my computer and freezes at whatever time I return to the site.

Ive recently removed a load malware, could it be something to do with this?
