Over the last month or two i've had a sharp burning pain in the outside of my right foot which flares up within 5 minutes of me finishing my run. The pain is in the middle of my foot on the outside. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? It never swells or shows bruising at all - just a burning pain which lasts around an hour.
