As a follow on from the Crowd Surfer crowdfunding thread. If any fans have any of their own designs/ideas for not just big surfer flags, but also smaller ones, banners, etc..., please feel free to get involved.
Above is the link to a typeform page (not entirely sure what one is) where you can go on and have a mess around doing some designs.
Alternatively, if you can use your own computer design, or even get your crayons out (that’s what I’ll be doing), go for it.
Or even if you just have an idea, you could describe it, and see if it can be realised as a design.

The current total stands at £6961, so we’ve already passed the £5k starter amount in a couple of days.
Most seem positive about the idea of adding colour/character to the stadium, which will in turn hopefully improve the match day atmosphere.

Help raise £10000 to showcase our local identity and history at the SoL. We'll produce flags and banners for the Roker End along with artworks around the ground.
 


I'm a big fan of the typeform page. Allows all potential ideas to be collated in one place which can then be shared with the designers who can make them a reality. :cool:

if you're crap at designing and being creative like I am then stick a couple quid in and help us (well our creative people) work on the creative side for you. ;)

yep. We've already received two designs through the typeform. Don't wanna post any of the designs we receive without the permission of the person who's sent them in but, from a discussion POV, it would be great if the designs sent over typeform can also be posted here. Keeps the conversation going.

Obviously if anything is posted then feedback needs to remain constructive as not everything will be perfect & ready to stick on a flag but if designs are pulled to shreds then it might put people off posting anymore. :)

@MalmöMakem had some excellent ideas earlier. Feel free to submit anything you're working on. ;)

Spot on. Keep up the good work everyone involved. Anything that adds to the atmosphere is a good thing imo. How active/pro-active have the new owners been?

we met with Charlie Methven on Friday night. Shared our ideas. He shared his own philosophy on how this generally works from a operational point of view. Very passionate (and quite knowledgeable) about this sort of "movement" though which is great.
