Neighbours. Are they scratters, loons, noisy,druggies. Have they got a dog that barks all night ?
Back garden privacy ?
Good parking ?
Have a look at the roof for tiles/ slates missing. Best look in the loft, but probably never happen.
Flood risk ?
Conifers around your garden that may be 8 ft tall just now, but could be 20 ft tall in 5 years ?
