If I was the coaches id be looking to rest him the remainder of this match, if possible, regardless. Seen he issued an apology to his team mates. Not that he needed to mind.

Think Pattinson has shown he’s worth a place in the team, but thought Siddle was an odd selection. Not that he’s bowled poorly today, but he’s not in the same class as Starc or Hazelwood.

Agreed. More of an economical, keep it tight at one end type of bowler, which isnt a bad thing, as long as you have others at the other end who can do damage.

I think if he is fit it'll all depend on what score we get 1st innings as to wether he's brought back in ...push past their score and he'll not play again this test

anybody else hatred for the aussies been diluted? i think its cos you see them in the ipl etc and get used to them in different team formats, still no love for them but dont pathologically hate them and that annoys me
