So, regardless of the decision today, FIFA are corrupt. From top to bottom. But they seem to be above the law. If they choose to syphon off cash to themselves, is it illegal? They are in charge so can choose to do that if it is condoned from the top.
So surely it is up to the respective bodies of individual countries, FA etc... , to abandon FIFA and insist on a more transparent, clean governing body? Governments could pressure their respective FA's to separate ties with FIFA, and it could start again.
FIFA would be in charge of nothing. Or a meringue :roll:
