Cheers, Scorefrom, la. I've had IBS for a good few years now, so my "normal" is erratic at the best of times. At one time you could set your watch by my bowel movements. Ah, those halcyon days of yore.

Decent point for your boys last night. Saw the clips on Quest. Didn't look like a thriller but it's all about avoiding relegation, I guess.

Afternoon everyone. Another lovely, crisp winter day.

I watched a replay of Wilder v Fury last night. Fury's entrance was something else. The Patsy Cline was the icing on the cake. He brayed Wilder arl owa, didn't he? Chucking him around like a rag doll towards the end. Despite Wilder's feigned ire at his corner for hoying the towel in, I think they did exactly the right thing & almost certainly saved him from more punishment.

Nee footy watching planned, but nivva say nivva. Bugger, just said it. Twice.

Enjoy yasels. Stay warm in the rays of the low winter sun....

Blimey, HC, la. That sounds serious. I hope it all goes well for you, marra. Take care.
Morning Cloughy

Cheers mate.
I have a form of Addison's disease, and the docs say the collapse was probably just a one off, and that my whole system crashed, much like a computer crashes, but are keeping an eye on it, just in case.
They're worried that I Iive alone, and if I collapse again, I might not be found in time.
I'm a big believer in what will be will be, and I can't afford to spend my days worrying about what if's and various other scenario's.
Besides, I want to be around long enough to see the Lads, win the Champions League. 😊
That's a grand attitude to life, HC, la. I suppose that if you keep your mobile close to hand, or wear a personal SOS alarm, that should cover most eventualities, should they arise. Life is for living & you're the personification of that ideal. Bravo, sir!
I'm a sadomasochist (aren't we all?), so it's win/win, Red, la.

Good afternoon, Your Grace....
I also watched the Fury Wilder fight last night, v impressive performance by Fury, Wilder offered absolutely nothing and probably could and should have been stopped earlier.

Great attitude HC, but tbh wouldn’t expect anything less from you

It's beyond any reasonable doubt that Wilder has concussive power in his right hand. But it's a crude weapon & that's pretty much all he has. He only threw it a few times & Fury was wise to it, stepping back to take out any sting. Then he stepped in & punched his lugs off, Your Grace. For such a huge man, Fury is remarkably agile & fleet of foot.

Thanks mate.
Who knows, we might one day, be sharing a few beers in Paris, Munich or Rome, before the Lads take on Barcelona in the Champions League final.
Dare to dream, mate 😉 👍

I admit, I did him and his performance a disservice on Sunday.
While he'll never be a favourite of mine, he did what he needed to do, and he did it well.
He used his weight advantage very well to keep pushing Wilder onto the back foot, and he had no answer to Fury swarming all over him, and constantly getting through the flimsy and mainly non existant guard of Wilder's, and landing some very punishing blows.
If he looks after himself, trains well, there's nobody currently around in heavyweight boxing, to stop Fury from dominating heavyweight boxing, for some considerable time to come.
Only complacency will stop him, imo.

I tend to agree, HC. That said, I think Fury v Joshua could be interesting. Boxing's a funny sport at the best of times & more so in the hivvywite division where one blow can easily snatch victory from defeat's glass jaws! From a neutral stance, it would be great to finally see the titles unified anarl.
