I’ve made a chocolate cheesecake a few times using Nigella’s recipe and it was really nice .

Chocolate is divine, cheesecake even more so, never should they be combined though.

I knew Nigella was a wrang un.

Vanilla..

I never understand when people say vanilla as a topping or flavor. Its the dessert equivalent of loving plain crisps. (each to their own though I guess)

I agree about so called 'vanilla' ice cream but real vanilla has a lovely taste (if it is actually included).

Nothing wrong with plain crisps, white bread, vanilla ice cream and the missionary position.
