Favorite easy meal


Egg and chips 2 slices of bread with lurpack butter.. loads of salt and vinegar.. mmmm

Chinese curry sauce. Whack it in the slow cooker with some chicken after about 5 hours the chicken pulls apart and shreds easily. Hoy it back in the cooker for an hour or so with a generous helping of white pepper and petit pois peas. Boiled rice. Takes time but dead easy tastes great and is Probably healthy.
 
Packet of Nissin instant ramen noodles, tonkotsu or sesame flavour.

Dollop of Lao Gan Ma crispy chilli oil on the top if I’m feeling extra fancy.
