Fans tonight...

I thought Leeds were the poorest fans I’ve seen this season. Loads of noise when they were on top the first 20 minutes then, barely a peep and literally nothing after we scored. They all left as soon as the whistle went as well.
West Brom made far more noisier with far less numbers on Saturday.
Agree , I’ve always praised Leeds away support for numbers and vocal support, they were average whereas others have said otherwise , maybe I’m goin deaf

The reason noise from SWC / south stand doesn’t travel is it’s only 4/5 upper blocks standing and singing, which must be 2/3k roughly

The lower blocks are mainly half empty, we need the lower blocks full, standing and joining in

Sounded really good on the TV. Got a few mates who are Leeds fans one who was there and a couple watching it at home. All commented how it was great to hear a home crowd being loud for once.

For all of the lovely football we have sometime played over the last couple of years, I think the pedestrian nature of it bores people. Tonight and Saturday we weren’t possibly as fluid as in prior games but we were a lot more exciting. We defended with aggression and I think we’ve moved the ball quicker.
Our fans seem to respond well to these siege mentality situations.

Only slight nag for me.. at full time let the fans sing and enjoy it. Paint your wagon followed by WMS killed it. Then the south stand was getting the Bellingham chant going as he was walking over, a class feeling for a young lad, but could barely hear it cos of the bloke on the microphone banging on about some shite. Just wait a few minutes man

Sounded great on the TV. Couldn’t get there as I work until 6pm and would have the get the service bus, which isn’t very frequent… Suspect a lot of our fans would struggle midweek who rely on service busses, large section of the fan base are from ex mining villages like mine with no metro or trains and limited bus timetables.

Does my absolute head in this at full time!! Bloke on tannoy thinks it's all about him. Absolute kills the celebrations. Said this for ages, knock it on the head and let the fans and players celebrate together. Absolute buzz kill it is.

I’m sure he was going on about a women’s game or something as well. Could’ve easily held on a few minutes

🙈Does my head in mate. He's way ott aswel on the tannoy. He killed the fans n jobe celebrating together. Just let the pure emotion amd passion come out between the fans and players next time!!🤬🤬

Made me really envious of everyone there. Came across really well on tele.
My son who has a full head of hair was shaking with the cold because he didn't have a hat. I gave him mine and I'm bald as a coot. I was freezing and would gladly swapped you places.

Before the game it had that little tingle that the fans were up for it, got a feeling because it was Leeds. I said I wasn’t going back to another night game until the weather turned after Huddersfield but here I was a few weeks later it wasn’t particularly cold and Leeds were rocking up, I couldn’t help myself. That’s the best night game I’ve been too in a while. Fans and players were in tandem tonight!

It was cold and wet tbh
Feckin freezing in SWC
