Better off 200 hours Community service than a couple of weeks in jail.Got 200 hours community service as well. Tbh I think the public shaming was enough. As sickening as it was I can't see a benefit to giving him time inside.
That Spurs fan got less earlier in the year. He got a 3 year ban and a fine, for his gestures about Hillsborough. The CPS only recommends bans which are a civil charge, so the beak has been tough on him here.

His stupidity lost him his job, struggle with another. Suspended sentence and shamed on the internet for his behaviour.
Has received fair punishment and rightly so the stupid dickhead.
see above, it should have been 18 week jail sentence
"shamed on the internet" give over man ffs
Everyone knows him and what he’s done.
Oh missed a football ban too.
so what, thats not the law. oooh look be ashamed of yerself. give over
You are deluded man.
Do you know what a suspended sentence entails?
What you wanted my judge Judy carries the same as a bladed article and threatening people.
Unfortunately these are the laws.

I see nothing to be gained from starting a cycle of crime, by putting people through a crime factory for the sake of vengeance. He's already been nationally shamed and will do 6 weeks of full time equivalent work for free.
absolutely detest that woman
Can’t stand him neither he’s from darlingtonI meant judge rinder but forgot his name.![]()
"nationally shamed" bloody hell man he doesnt seem the type to be worried about that
Football fan adding criminal justice to the list of topics he knows nowt about
We've all done things we are ashamed of.
He's thought he was being clever, when in fact he's just been a young, stupid dickhead.
He's lost two jobs, has 200hrs community service and he and his family have had threats made against them.
Thats enough, there's more deserving idiots needing jail than this kid being a knob.
Is it a crime? And one that deserves jail? How so?if you have a point make it, personal abuse is just the act a defeated person
Here we have the whole problem summed up
He is not a kid and this is not simply something to be ashamed of
Is it a crime? And one that deserves jail? How so?
