Lemonfields Guest House in Seaburn is supposed to be lovely. Family friends stayed there recently. Great location too.

My house, no try The Tram car inn and spa, great views over the river from the Wear suite or The Savoy suite good rates too.

My mam and dad stayed there when he was alive. Probably over 10 years ago now. Very near the sea front. It seemed to be busy with elderly exiles when they stayed.

Doesn't the Travelodge in Low Row have a bit of a reputation as a knocking shop?
