I think the regulations next season will promote more wheel to wheel racing up and down the grid. The problem comes if the FIA keep penalising drivers for racing as they have in Austria and Silverstone, because ultimately it will lead to drivers either backing out of moves because of the risk of a penalty, or the driver being passed trying to 'buy' a penalty by deliberately allowing themselves to be run off the track.Finally a decent season, and they scrap the formula!
F1 as a whole needs to accept that sometimes two drivers will come together when racing and there isn't always one of them to blame. Unfortunately, the default position of the stewards now is that if there has been a crash, someone must be to blame.
