Shit load of money to us mortals, but for a multi-national company/Bank etc its chicken feed..
Very hard for most big (Western) companies to justify these days, it's more and more difficult to get valuable gifts like this past the compliance lawyers in most companies. It's almost impossible to justify why you should be throwing champagne and canapes at them at Silverstone at 1000s a head rather than a meeting at your office in Milton Keynes and a pub lunch. It's viewed bribery. And the compliance people sometimes still have a problem with the pub lunch. My lot had some season tickets at Spurs to take clients and they went the journey years ago.

You may get companies treating their own staff but you're firmly in taxable benefit territory so more hassle than it's worth.

Rich Arabs, Venezuelan oil companies and billionaires would face no such hurdles of course.
Just a heads up, Ferrari 2020 car launch live on SSF1 at 17.30

Ferrari lauch imminent.
.
Feels like a crap take off of War of the Worlds so far.
.
That is a daring split
.
Very flexible. Is there a car anywhere?
.
Brought Binotto out, hopefully coming soon.
.
If Ferrari has always been there, how come the 1000th GP was last year, yet your 1000th GP is this year?
.
DJ Dave is back
.
Intresting, Leclerc is shown first.
.
And Leclerc's race number on the car.

Matte paint again. Is the front wing bigger?
.
Spotted the 5 on the nose.
.
Mercedes have also joined in launching stuff today. Bottas 3.0

That was embarrassingly poorly produced and so stuffy. Some 1990s Eurovision presenters and a slightly simple Italian-American (Camillere) stuttering through some platitudes, a massively overproduced sideshow and then they unveil last year's car and stand there gurning with the Italian flag.

Dear me. It's not exactly Verstappen driving a Red Bull down a ski slope is it

I looked into the missing Ferrari races a few year back. There were various reasons but a lot were in the 50s at the start. They’ve missed some because of safety issues and driver deaths too. Gilles Villeneuve at least.

Didn't they miss the first race over money?
