When I first saw it I thought perhaps Max must have brake tested him because there’s no way ANY F1 driver could do that, but watching back he was just braking for the corner.

Nah. That penalty is nowhere near strong enough. He’s literally driven into the back of another car in a braking area. It’s either terrifying incompetence or deliberate.
