Ezra Moseley

Another West Indies player who, thanks in part to playing in South Africa and in part injury, never had the opportunity to shine.

I can vaguely remember him being part of the deliberate ploy from the hosts to slow the over rate down to 6 an hour, falsely claiming it was too wet, to stop England winning in Port of Spain.

He probably deserves a better memory than that, the poor soul.

Will always be remembered for breaking Graham Gooch‘s hand in the same test match.

Death now confirmed after a road collision as he was cycling, aged 63.
