when i can't find it on the excel help, turn to the smb

how do i change the row headers from numbers to letters?
currently my cel in top right is (1,1)
how do i change it to (A1)

Its in the options. R1C1 formatting or something along those lines

First google hit:
Click the File tab to access Backstage view. The ExcelOptions dialog box will appear. Click Formulas, uncheck the box next to R1C1 reference style, then click OK. Excel will now use the A1 reference style.
