Everyone calling for MON's head

Need to wind their necks in. You're making our club look very classless indeed.

We are not a club that hound out manager's. We don't need to start now.

Yes we are having a lean period atm, but if we all stick together we can come through this bad patch.

KTF. That is all.

Here man its a myth!!!! - you think the view of of a few kids in the bedroom online / arm chair / new fans on one forum has the same views as 40,000+ people that are at the game?

You are a fool if you think that, just laugh at them man.

Wish people would stop making these threads spreading lies - you're worse than the media!!!!

If we wanted O'neil out you would hear it at the match wouldn't you!

Fans will always come back man!! I can remember walking home after the Gillingham game, twisting I would never be back or watch 3rd division football, I never missed a home game and went to most away!!

History shows we are very well supported in the 2nd tear, because we win more games!!

Time will tell like mate, i just get the feeling that most of us have trawled the Championship more times than we care to remember and would not be prepared to do it again

The abuse certainly played a part.

Shouting "You're just a fat geordie wanker" in the heat of the moment after a dreadful loss is just plain abuse but doesn't constitute a hounding out in my book. What the blackburn fans did to Kean recently or what the unwashed do up the road on a regular basis, storming their stadium and that, is what I would call hounding out your manager.

But the chants didn't just spring out of thin air. They were the culmination of what had developed into an increasingly hostile period for the bloke. The same scenario is unfolding under O'Neill. If the crowd are to have the last word on this he probably has weeks rather than months.

Its not though. Plenty chanting O'Neill's name last night, the supporters are a long way from turning on him yet, he is getting great support.

Whilst I agree with you wholeheartedly. Not sure what of my OP has contradicted what you've just said.

Unfortunately its the minority that is getting the loudest airtime. The reason for this thread is to try to let these people understand that changing the manager is not the answer. The media love it when a manager comes under pressure.

I for one was shouting O Oooo Neil last night.

True, but the number of people who are beginning to doubt him is increasing at some pace. The momentum is gathering.

I am in this camp like, my doubts about the bloke are now getting more and more, fairly justified with his record i would say

Hope you're wrong marra.

To be fair mate your heed is so far up his arse you wouldn't hear a bomb go off in your kitchen.

He backed himself into a corner singing his praises when Bruce was here.

He also said, "we won't go on game winless runs":lol:

He is pretty much stuck until the very end I would say.

Ahhh bless ya little cotton socks !

It's called supporting the manager through a difficult spell.

There is a difference between voicing your concerns on here and talking about his shortcomings so far. And supporting him in the ground.

I'm still fully behind him, I'm happy to question his decisions though.

That figure will rise rapidly the longer this shite continues though

This. People should accept he's not going to turn it around and therefore we should get a good manager to assess the squad before january otherwise we'll go down.
