Every post comes up as a notification for me so I’m missing posts quoted to me etc, however others that have nothing to do with me are showing up. Any help please?

Every post, or every new thread?

If it is every new thread it will be because you are “watching” a forum. Open that forum and click on “unwatch” at the top right.

If its every post in a specific thread, similar applies… open that thread and click on unwatch at the top.
