Everton's 3rd goal v Mags

I mean it was great fun and a good finish but it wasn't like it was a well designed 30 pass move. It was running down the clock then taking advantage of an opportunity.

Good stuff, but it's not done with intent like ours v Reading or anything like that.

Amazed not more has been made of this goal by the commentators etc, was around 40+ passes and a great finish without the skunks touching the ball...absolutely outstanding!

Would love to the full move again and not just the last few passes.
They’re all in mourning that’s why

Because the commentators were too busy whining on constantly about how the Mags were soooo tired because of the herculean effort they had put in over the last months with such a tiny squad - they kept saying the performance was totally understandable- they're a load of Saudi apologists

I keep reading about their injury crisis and then look at 120 millions quid cost in the midfield and a 60 million quid forward.

I disagree, their ball retention was dragging their sorry arses out of position, embarrassing them whilst waiting for the opportunity to arise....which they took beautifully.

Honourable mention to whoever sent little lady Diana for the pies on the far side, and Pickfords pass out to the RH touchline.

O-f***ing-le indeed!

And yet beheadward didn't make a change till the 90th minute
3 players at least on that bench that cost more than out entire team & a goalie who played in a CL final for Liverpool

When you have to Lyndon Gooch at center half thats an injury crisis
Thick twats

Dyche has Everton playing well. Should be 10th really which is a massive achievement considering their last few seasons.

Playing quite old fashioned in many ways. Their wingers never cut inside and always go for the byline or the cross. I’d love us to mix it up and try that more often. Not every time but if we can do both we’d be far more effective

Imagine the media fawning had they scored it!
Absolutely

If mags scored it: "What a brilliant move, the composure...the patience...the finish...the beauty of the Newcastle era! They are truly back now!"

Everton score it: "Nice goal that."

They are partly tired due to their so called brilliant managers poor squad management.

They were beating 10 man Chelsea 3-1 at home after 70 minutes and he was still slow to make substitutions.

He didn't make any substitutions at all against PSG. Surely in a park the bus job you should make 2 or 3 subs late on to waste time / disrupt the game a bit?

No, Beheaddie is a genius!

It's the point deduction that has galvanised the players, it's got their passion back and they're all playing as a team with a common gripe. It's the best thing to happen to them, I have thought for seasons they've got a decent team and should not be relegation contenders.

Always liked everton. They'll finish in the Europa league positions, will move into their class new stadium and won't look back.

As for the commentators, I have the sound off. I can't stand any of them and the silly cliche things they parrot. I know enough about football to not need commentators telling me what's happening. They should have the option to select other commentators though, like celebrities and fans, that might interest me.
