last night were a pleasure to watch. Shows our lads where they need to get to if we are truly to aspire to be talked about in the same bracket as the blue bindippers.

They have a very good midfield, which is why I expected them to dominate large parts of the game. They'd kill for our strikers though.

Btw if you think the midfield was good last night, just wait until we've got Fellaini back, Arteta not playing absolutely terribly and Donovan back on the right.

Why do everton always start off badly ?

BTW, we did have Bramble and Gyan missing last night and would of made a big difference...

Good away following from everton last night, 1 800 for a monday night is great support !

I expect us to be closer to everton again after the summer and a couple of quality additions to the midfield. Zenden might retire and malbranque will be a bit part player by then.

God knows, i used to think it was due to injuries but we haven't had so many this season. Had Fellaini and Yakubu been playing instead of Heitinga and Saha, i'm pretty confident we would've won comfortably.

Fellaini, as good as he is, would have changed nothing. You already won the midfield battle without him, but you're strikers are shit. Including Yakubu.

Gyan, unlike Yakubu, has actually been scoring goals. I'm Also pretty confident that we would have kept yet another clean sheet if either Mensah or Bramble had played.
