If Pickford wasn't fit he wouldn't have been on the bench two weeks earlier, if he is not 'ready' - what is the problem? (there could be one of course). Vito sadly has played himself out of the shirt and unless there is some issue it would be madness to put the far weaker keeper in goal. This has to be a no-brainer unless there is something we don't know.
