Well if David Luiz is worth £50m , Sterling £50m surely Lukaku looking at his goals record and age £60m sound about right in todays market on his day hes unplayable
He has about one day in 5 matches. Lukaku is no where near worth 60 Million imo
They may have have but Everton have no chance of getting in the top 4 so he's going to achieve no more than he did at Southampton last season

Are there any sctual quotes where he said £100m? My feeling is that it'll include the sales of Lukaku and Stones.

No quotes because we aren't owned by one of the West Ham whoppers. The Liverpool Echo are in the club's pocket though and only report on what Everton tell them to do and they came out with the story months ago, stating the intent to keep Barkley, Lukaku and Stones and spend £100m

I posted on here that Lukaku was going for around £65m on 11th May and the papers started reporting it a week later so I'm pretty sure that's what Everton value him at, I'm not entirely convinced that anyone will want to pay that unless he tears it up in France though.

I have it on good authority that he's already gone for a significant amount of money in the summer and it's obvious he's saving himself for the summer so you have nothing to worry about. I wouldn't even be sure that he'll start.

No idea but it's De Bruyne level money.

And then the same paper reported we'd have £165m to spend after selling Rom so I think the £100m is coming from Moshiri's pockets.

History is littered with managers leaving for supposedly bigger clubs in lower positions than their current clubs and almost always failing. Money talks I guess

then they re-appoint Carver in the Caretaker role

Just came in my pants at the very thought. Imagine the scenes.

In that post of yours you just quoted you said you had it on good authority he'd already gone?

No club in their right mind would pay 60 Million for Lukaku

There are loads of clubs who aren't in their right mind though. If Everton value him at that much, the worst case scenario is that no one buys one of their best players.

I wish we'd put ridiculous price tags on players we'd like to keep.

Barcelona would've looked shite under Martinez
Luiz and Sterling were overpriced. Just coz PSG snd Man City got done doesn't mean some mug will pay 60 million for Lakuku.

If he has a great Euros then I think we'd get the £65m that Everton have valued him at. Let's not forget that Real Madrid basically bought James Rodriguez for a similar amount just on his performances in the World Cup.

Errmmm,.....that's exactly what it means. There are clubs willing to pay stupid fees for players, you've just provided the evidence. What you think he's worth means nowt.

Only a handful of clubs can pay that sort of money which ones do you think will be interested?

I don't think anybody will pay 65 million for him, some do including you. Which club do you think will pay ît?

If he has a good European Championship then any of the top clubs, including the ones you mentioned, might. Lots of new managers, crazy amounts of TV money......transfers are going to be ridiculous this summer but some don't seem to be factoring that into their valuations. As the Everton lad said......Madrid paid similar for James after one decent international tournament.

Aye good point Everton will struggle to get their money back for one of the best young strikers on the planet  He'll go for £50m+

Btw some mugs are paying £20m for Vardy so you never know
