Eurovision 2022.. it's back



The Eurovision Song Contest has never had much to do with actual songs. The performers, performance, gimmicks, 'fun', scoring and the politics stuff is far more important

You're not wrong these days, but Eurovision used to be about people just getting up and singing.

I posted this in another thread. Note the lack of costume, mad lights, prancing about and so on..... just a daft little quirky pop song.



And it's great that we get no points and come last.
It's become something of a tradition and we should embrace it.
From what I hear, this bugger tomorrow night is going to bugger that up. Bollocks!

Heard our entry tonight. God awful but maybe mental enough to get us some points. Our lass is already planning us ganning next year if we come second and Ukraine can’t hold it because Russia
