That’s got to be a complete myth, or he did it when he was about 16 and nowhere near as big. I’m a Sale fan and have great difficulty imagining that happening :lol:

Just like the Jonah Lomu 10.6 100m happened when he was about 16 and nowhere near his playing weight.

His alleged 225kg bench is excellent for someone who was supposed to be able to run, tackle and scrunmage for 60-80 mins though. Didn’t squat as much as Cian Healy does.

aye but sheridan was 6 ft 4 and originally a second row. healy is basically a solid steel marble :lol:
