Employers snooping social media

We have a zero tolerance policy. So if I post something offensive, I will get sacked

Political posts are also frowned upon. So even I posted something accurate like “the Tory party are twats”, I can get into trouble

This has happened at our place. Lad went on an anti Muslim rant which suggested he would be happy to commit violent acts against them. Sacked for being a head the ball.
There’s a bloke I’ve seen on Facebook like this you’ve just reminded me, check the Facebook nonsense thread in 5 mins.

Even if you say your posts are your own and not associated with anyone or anything else ?

Thankfully this bloke does his own work, f***ing brainless.

My business, my choice.
I don't expect any one to like it, but it's how it is like it or not but-
Please, please, do not tag 👳‍♂️👳👳‍♂️👳👳‍♂️👳‍♂️👳🐏🐏🐏 in my posts.
1) I can't deal with them.
2) I won't deal with them.
3) I don't have the patience
4) I go from 0-1000 mph in seconds, there bids will only end in trouble in person.
5) I'd rather be skint than cause myself post traumatic stress of trying to understand, or spell names & symbols on logbooks.
6) I don't care how much you vouch for them, they will not be buying off me even for more money than I want.
If I add 7,8,9, and 10 to the list or why not I'll be forced to keep quiet for 30 days again so use your own wise imagination.
there's no such thing as a good one to deal with on fb.

Mate of mine got into a twitter spat with a local takeaway. Someone there emailed his work along the lines of "have you seen what your employee is posting online..." trying to get him into bother.

Think he got told to be careful about what he puts online but there was nowt bad on there so otherwise he didn't get into bother. Just made me think about how petty people can be.

A lass i was arguing with on a forum asked where i work and i was silly and told her and she tried to grass on me for being on there on company time

Fortunately it was my day off and work werent arsed

If you put it out there, you're fair game to get hoisted by it.
Social media is a spectacular double edged sword and I enjoy seeing people dig their own graves.

Case in point - The dumb bint who owned a chippy somewhere in Scotland and celebrated the death of the Queen.
I wonder if she's got any windows left or if she's out of hiding yet?

Think she had to leave the area quickly, very quickly.
