Said something along the lines that the level was beneath her![]()
Some women genuinely believe that womens football is a similar level to the mens game.
Management he doesn’tThat's a leap.
Rooney has experience of football at the highest level. Hayes doesnt
There'd be intense scrutiny in the media, mostly disparaging and negative no doubt, and social media would be divided. Plenty of bickering, hate and threats. Also, being a manager in men's football means at some point there'll be hatred and even death threats, a female manager will have to deal with it. Some people are just morons, unfortunately.Would never happen. She would be judged, sadly on being a women by some and nothing more.
Well, she's basically written off any club below the Premier League. She's rather delusional, IMO.I’d like to see her given a chance somewhere. It’s a guessing game what her level is at the moment, would be good for her to prove where she’s at one way or another.
If it does it'll be herA woman managing a PL club (mens) will absolutely happen at some point in the future.
Could go both ways. If she was doing badly she may stay in the job longer as the club wouldn't want to be the first to sack a female manager.Would never happen. She would be judged, sadly on being a women by some and nothing more.

Rightly or wrongly, that’s the truth.
Bet it doesn't. Far too much money in the game to take a risk on a woman managing elite male footballers.A woman managing a PL club (mens) will absolutely happen at some point in the future.
I agree 100%Players down tools when managers like Mourinho tear into them. Can you imagine what would happen if a woman manager started shouting at them? They wouldn’t respect her in the slightest.

The lower leagues are a lesser standard than the PL. Plenty of managers have success there and progress to the top level. It's not something that would ever happen.
The women's game is substandard to the men's.
So neither have experience then? So why does one get a job?Neither does Hayes.
Would you class a successful Sunday league manager having better experience?
Because that's the standard Hayes has management experience at
