If she's good enough then why does it matter?
Women's game is totally different to the men's game, they're not even comparable except for the fact they both use the same ball. She wouldn't get any respected in the slightest and the thought of this makes me cringe to high heaven. She's doing very well in the women's game..... because she's managing women.
Let it happen to piss off the arsehole brigade

No reason at all. Must be a bit of a weird one for any pioneers though. Needs to be a success or all the dopes will say 'see, women can't do the job in the men's game'. Can understand why someone doesn't want to be the first to take the risk.

I'd imagine it would be hard for her if the team has a bad run of form as you know what will be sais but I'd rather this type of appointment than getting the likes of Phil Parkinson in!

We've seen countless failed managers go from job to job so might aswell take a risk!

:lol::lol: Don’t worry dear, they are not all after you

yawn ffs.

Shouldn’t prospective employers have evidence of her ability rather than “giving her a chance?”

They'll have evidence of the job she has done with Chelsea.

Rightly or wrongly it's going to take a brave club to give her an opportunity to see if she can bring the job she has done in the womens game into the mens game.
If she can't it won't be because she's a woman it'll be because she isn't a good enough manager.
