I read it's been a poor season for Chelsea's women. Sounds to me like people are putting her forward just because shes a woman.I heard them talking about it on the Sunday Supplement. Going by her CV there's no reason for her not to get an interview but she won't for whatever reason.

Nowt new there then.Sol Campbell be furious

It's barely even a comparable sport like. I'd have no issue with employing a woman but she'd be better served working behind the scenes as a coach in the men's game first imo
Plenty of coaches have got the job despite being ‘under-qualified’ (Look at United’s manager). I agree with you that it would be a surprise, however if she does get it then fairplay to her.

It'd be a case of positive discrimination.
Nowt to do with her ability so "fair play" won't apply by any stretch of the imagination.
Most of not all men are told what to do by a woman. If the man's got any sense. The blokes who (say they) aren't are either in denial, trapped in the wrong body of from a different planet. IMHO.There'll be a respect issue as in all of society where some men don't like being told what to do by a woman. It should be the case but will doubt happen.
