I heard them talking about it on the Sunday Supplement. Going by her CV there's no reason for her not to get an interview but she won't for whatever reason.

I read it's been a poor season for Chelsea's women. Sounds to me like people are putting her forward just because shes a woman.

It's barely even a comparable sport like. I'd have no issue with employing a woman but she'd be better served working behind the scenes as a coach in the men's game first imo

Not a chance. Her agent must be trying to get her into the men's game then

Plenty of coaches have got the job despite being ‘under-qualified’ (Look at United’s manager). I agree with you that it would be a surprise, however if she does get it then fairplay to her.

There'll be a respect issue as in all of society where some men don't like being told what to do by a woman. It should be the case but will doubt happen.

It'd be a case of positive discrimination.

Nowt to do with her ability so "fair play" won't apply by any stretch of the imagination.

You don’t know that it’s positive discrimination. What coaching qualifications does she have? What experience does she have? How does she sell herself and her vision of football in the interview? It might be to do with her ability, I’ve never heard of her before personally.

Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard got jobs despite little or no football management experience at all for example.

Most of not all men are told what to do by a woman. If the man's got any sense. The blokes who (say they) aren't are either in denial, trapped in the wrong body of from a different planet. IMHO.
