Email about refund on international streaming pass

I've sent a tweet to EFL communications mate. See if I get a reply. They haven't updated their international broadcasting partners on their webpage for this season.

As far as I know, DAZN don't have the rights for this season but there's nothing listed for Spain on liveonsat and livesoccer TV websites
Cheers, I spoke with DAZN and the service was crap but I gather they don’t have it.

Typical they would drop it this year now we’re in it.

I take exception to this.
Most paid-for streaming services at the very least know how to take money from clients. So they do appear to be exceptional.
 
On my account it says I have a streaming pass for the season, despite two emails saying it's been cancelled, and no sign of a refund.
Only showing last years pass on my account, although showing this years as purchased. Payment taken from card too and not refunded. Will this seasons pass only show once last years expires at the end of July here?
 
Finally a response! Although it's quite the anti climax as expected. I received a seperate email explaining which refund is being progresses as I paid twice. No apology, no explanation:

Eh? They're not cancelling and refunding? After sending me 3 emails to say they were? Totally bemused.

I'm due a duplicate payment refund, but nowt yet. I'm assuming the streaming pass showing on my account will be ok.

My next season's pass is showing up even though last season's doesn't end for another two weeks.

I am new to SAFCSEE, where do you see that? I see games from the past (ie. Gillingham-Sunderland game), does that mean i have the streaming pass for the season?

SAFSEE (the app) has gone downhill in that video highlights from past matches are no longer there. They appear to have abandoned video updates after the match vs the Gills.

Don't know about SAFSEE - is that the app? It's under 'SAFC Live' in the menu on the SAFC website, then scroll down to sign in - then you see the stuff you've bought.

Damn! No active subscription and no refund yet!
I may have to resort to ESPN+ as a temporary solution.

Ditto here. I've also sent support an email. Will not be purchasing again until refund is received.
 
Alrighty, I just received a response from someone called Ryan that "Refunds have been issued in regards to this and if you have no yet received your please allow 3-5 working days."

In my mind, it seems like they've clicked the button(s) to issue the refunds and now it's just a matter of processing by financial institutions. I paid through PayPal, which you would assume would be a very fast method of refund, but we'll see...
