Email about refund on international streaming pass

So no midweek red button games on SAFSee then?

That greatly reduces the amount of games shown and the value.
the red button question hasn't ever really been answered definitively - best we've got is that clubs "have the right to show" red button matches.

However, the three specified in the SAFC email are all down as main matches on SKY website (i.e not red button)

Well now I have had a THIRD email saying they will refund my subscription, but now it may take 7 days. It was 3-5 days two days ago. Maybe, Father Ted-like, the money is merely 'resting' in their account???

No further emails for me (after 1+2).

Account is still showing the 22/23 transaction with no cancellation/refund. And definitely no refund back to PayPal.

I don’t have a season pass for 22/23 in the active subscriptions. My 21/22 pass is still active to August 20th though.

What a f***ing shambles. I wonder which Tory donor owns the streaming company?

I have received a full refund to my PayPal account. Also an email implying the problems are now sorted and it will be ok to go ahead and reorder the International pass, with a link. All in clean commercial language. No grovelling apology.
Starting to sound like this is a manual refund / cancellation process and an amateur company to boot.

Actually I will take that back. There was an apology on the personal email I received from a real person in response to my email asking for clarification.
"I'm really sorry for any inconvenience or confusion caused to you by this and if you need anything else, please let me know."

As Keano would say "we move on".

Those who live in Spain;

Do you know who has the rights to the Championship this season?

Last year it was DAZN, which would have fit nicely with an international season pass, but they have nothing listed this year

Ah, cheers. Hadn't realised that the Sheffield United game was picked up for the main Sky Sports channel.

I'd really like an answer as to whether the red button midweek games will be shown by SAFC or not. Why can't they just clarify it? Very frustrating.

Still waiting for my refund... what a mess! Hopefully this gets sorted soon! This is my first time subscribing too.

I am still waiting for a refund too. @southsander, I wonder if your refund arrived because you chased them? Complete rubbish :(

My refund hasn’t arrived.

Did they say what the actual issue was?

I've sent a tweet to EFL communications mate. See if I get a reply. They haven't updated their international broadcasting partners on their webpage for this season.

As far as I know, DAZN don't have the rights for this season but there's nothing listed for Spain on liveonsat and livesoccer TV websites

Assuming StreamAMG are used by other clubs? If it's their fault you'd assume other teams fans have had similar emails/issues.
