I don’t see any reason they can’t take a payment for an intangible item that they have nigh on two weeks to sort any issues with.

Set up wrongly!!!!!It seems odd that if it was "setup wrongly" they can't set it up rightly.
They obviously have everyone's details as they are sending out the emails, and they have the payment details if they are making refunds.
Whoever screwed up (I am guessing at streamamg rather than the club directly) should really be making more effort to sort it out themselves rather than cancelling and getting people to re-order.

Nope, I'm overseas and have signed up every season with an overseas address and credit card. I got the same email.Is it because the club know that people are signing up for it when they are not actually living overseas?
Therefor i'm not going to pay for it via a UK system. Wechat for example. The most used app in China, isn't accepted by SAFC. You offer a service to us lot living abroad but we have no way of giving you the money and bollocks to Paypal...
My money is in a Chinese bank. I can pay the club directly from that bank or via 'the most used APP in China' method. Neither are accepted currently.
