Email about refund on international streaming pass

Could be, I am abroad so I am a legit customer but I am paying via my UK registered bank account due to the transaction fees. Saying that, I did this the past two years and had no issue
It’s not a very well worded email. “Set up incorrectly” is pretty vague. By me or by the club? What is it about the set up that is incorrect? If I repurchase in exactly the same manner will same thing happen again?

Same with me, paid with my foreign card and it has gone through ok. Only issue will now be when I obviously don't get refunded and I've now paid twice
 
Is it because the club know that people are signing up for it when they are not actually living overseas?

Therefor i'm not going to pay for it via a UK system. Wechat for example. The most used app in China, isn't accepted by SAFC. You offer a service to us lot living abroad but we have no way of giving you the money and bollocks to Paypal...

My money is in a Chinese bank. I can pay the club directly from that bank or via 'the most used APP in China' method. Neither are accepted currently.

As this service is for 'Overseas' fans..Asia, the Americas etc

It's not been setup right, at all. And that's not saying anything about the actual shite stream quality apparently.
 
Grim - got this too. Doubt it's about whether your card is registered in the UK. The first email I got today was saying "apologies for any inconvenience" etc which seems to imply error on their end
 
Just got an email saying I was going to get a refund because it was set up wrongly and I'll have to buy a new pass. Anyone else got this email?

This for the season pass or game by game?

If it's for the season pass and they're refunding, I wonder if they cocked up on the price and now want to charge more.
 
Just got the email too. I will also wait until the refund is issued. My card is US based. This is my first time subscribing to this.
