Yup, still waiting.

What’s the craic with ESPN+? I get the impression people on here don’t rate it too highly.
My one experience with ESPN+ with the coventry game was that they only played the game live and did not offer replay of the game. It was on at 355am here and was hoping i could watch it when I got up at 7am. I have used ESPN + to see a few games before but those games were on at later kickoff time (ie. 3pm UK, 7am US)

Refund just went through. Week to day I was told it had been processed. I’ll be paying as I go I think, game per game. Disappointed.

Refund has arrived. Debating whether to dive in again. Value for money (as opposed to game by game) if I watch more than 14 games so I think I will. Badly handled though

I am still waiting for the refund to hit. I am in the USA and used a credit card. It has been seven days since I received the email about the refund. I don't want to re-buy without getting the refund first.

Same here! Any experience with ESPN+ in the US?

ESPN+ is great but will only show the SAFC games if it is live in the UK. So the Bristol City game for example won’t be on.
I just checked this morning, damn! Was really wanting to subscribe to SAFSEE but not so sure now

The exchange rate kicker is real for most of us I suppose . Head starting to say why bother, like you, for the reasons you give. Heart is saying this is my annual contribution to the club. Come Friday I will have reordered, I am sure.

I've got my refund but the money back is roughly 10 quid less than the money out - exchange rate blip plus conversion charges

And now I won't buy another one. With so many games being on TV or midweek middle of the night matches here, it's just not worth it. First time since they started doing it I won't be buying.
Not sure if it makes a difference to either of you but it does seem like red button games will be on SAFSee overseas. So that’s a few more you won’t lose.

How many games are we expecting this season? I've got it every year, but I was waiting until this weekend's game (so pulling the trigger today) before getting it. Is consensus that there will be a lot of games they won't have and game by game might be better?

I finally got my refund today but it was short of what I paid quite a bit due to exchange rate.
Payments and refunds may be linked to the $US there's been about a 5% difference over the past month.
Even that is a rip off, as if you paid £100 you should get the £100 refunded regardless of any currency fluctuations.
It may of been your Credit Card provider though not the Club?

I'm pissed off about the whole mess and I didn't even buy the product (I buy game by game)

*not that keen on 2.00am ko vs Bristol City.

I’m not sure, but if game by game is £10 and the season pass is £140, they will logically have considerably more than 14 games. Even if your situation is that you make home games but you always find yourself “abroad” for away games, it is likely that you would still be able to see 14 out of 23 games on SAFSEE I’d have thought. I only got my refund yesterday, but then dived straight back in.

Got my refund yesterday, though made a 5 pound loss, hope someone working in forex enjoys the money!
Have just invested in new pass, the confirmation said there was 'exceptional demand' today, so looks like a lot of us have decided to take the plunge.
Let's hope there's a stream at kick off! 🤞
