Email about refund on international streaming pass

Just got an email saying I was going to get a refund because it was set up wrongly and I'll have to buy a new pass. Anyone else got this email?
 
I now have a further email with the following.... God knows if I have the Pass now or not....

"LOCKEY_ as you requested, your SAFC LIVE: 2022-23 International Streaming Pass (CANCELLED AND REFUNDED) has been terminated with immediate effect because Pass setup incorrectly."
 
The teams been promoted whilst the commercial side of the club seem to have been relegated to League two.

Do they have any staff left up there or what?
 
Is it something to do with accessing it from uk? If u r shown as paying via a card registered in uk, as this pass is for overseas viewers only.

Could be, I am abroad so I am a legit customer but I am paying via my UK registered bank account due to the transaction fees. Saying that, I did this the past two years and had no issues.
