Probably the least surprising appointment of the year. I was a huge fan of Hoops as a player, he had everything you could want in a rugby club captain, but I just don't see him as DOR material. Unless he surprises everyone by suddenly turning out to be world class, then it's a lose-lose situation for everyone at the club.

I suppose he's unlikely to have to worry about the pressure of Champions Cup rugby, but the league is showing no signs of getting any less competitive.

Went to the box office this afternoon to get a ticket and they said I had to register on the nufc ticketing database. No thanks, walked out. Wouldn't even let me use a family members account.
