Egg chasers of the SMB

Said on here a few times that Scotland are a very good team improving all the time, wasn't shocked to see them win today. As for England, very exciting times, very impressed and a lot of players missing. Got to give Eddie Jones credit. Argentina are a very good side. Well done England and also well done Scotland.
I agree about Scotland. Still a bit of a rough diamond at the moment, but they have the making of a very good team given time, and it's always funny watching Australia on the receiving end of a surprise defeat.

When we lived overseas the local sport channel showed the premiership games. We watched them and really got into the game after just watching the 6 nations.
We have decided to buy a couple of season tickets for the Falcons next season. Not to follow the Falcons but to watch the games close up.

I agree...but that's the "reason"

Don't agree with it though

What's the odds the Kiwi press really ramp up the "illegal" scrummaging this week ?

Predictable sheep shagging twats

I like how New Zealand alternates between two extremes on rugby - smugly acting like they live on some kind of egg-chasing Mount Olympus, mildly amused at the feeble efforts of mere mortals to compete with them; or whingeing prima donna twats the second it looks like someone might give them a decent game

How does Eddie Jones keep that tan up

Not sure if serious...

Test team in....a few shocks
Didn't expect him to leave out Halfpenny or North.

AWJ ahead of Itoje..expected however

I think with Itoje Gatland has gone for experienced over dynamic to make sure the side has a cool head on the pack. There's some good replacements to bring on in the forwards - I only hope we're still in the game when they come on. Not many game changing backs on the replacement bench though.

Good XV though - glad he's gone with quite an attacking back three to play off the big centres. We won't win but hopefully we give them a game

I like that back line, I enjoy watching Williams, he has a kind of elusiveness about him. Also has great judgement on the pass or into contact game...

I guess they are hoping that Te'o and JD2 (who've been in good form) will create space and punch holes, and with Watson, Williams and Daly there's some serious pace to pick up a cheeky offload and go

All Blacks will be licking their chops at that back three. Not a decent tackler among them. AWJ in ahead of any of the other second rows is a complete joke. I hope the Welsh Lions get hammered - Gatland picks his mates.

Come half 8 on Saturday there could be 15 Welshman in that team but as long as the LIONS vest is on their back they are alright by me.

Greatest sporting team there is. Haway the LIONS.

He's picked 4 welshmen

7 English men
4 Irishmen

How are they they Welsh lions?

Granted, I would have picked Itoje ahead of AWJ

He's picked Daly ahead of North, correctly. He's picked George ahead of Owens. No Warburton.

There is no obvious fullback who isn't Welsh.

Agree, would have gone with Itoje , but just under half the team English and he's left out some of his Welsh players who in the past would have been his go to players.
Good to see if someone is badly out of form( North..who I really like btw) they get dropped

Abysmal back line that. Midfield has the turning circle of a supertanker and the back 3 will be bombarded all f***ing night with the 2 high ball specialists the ABs have picked.

Be a long night for the Lions with 9-15 on their backs. Barret will be absolutely loving that selection.

I think the ABs are going to win by a couple of scores at least but I like that lions back 3 - they can all play fullback and I think they'll be OK under the high ball, and have a lot of pace to run it back
