Earliest train back from KX on Sunday if it goes to pens?

Is getting a train at 19.22 a massive risk?

Pens against Portsmouth finished at quarter past the hour last time - so would be looking at 6.15 finish if it went all the way?

Pushing it to get out of the stadium, up Wembley Way, safely onto a tube to Kings X and on your train for then. Not taking into account winning and the celebrations that would follow...

Wembley Park tube runs surprisingly smoothly after events, with only brief holdups for crowd control usually, so if you don't hang around in the ground you'll be on a train in 10-15 minutes from the end of play. Metropolitan line takes 25 minutes to Kings Cross.

When alighting at Kings Cross do not follow "National Rail"/"Kings Cross" follow "Way Out (Euston Road)", up the steps and you walk out right at the end of the intercity platforms, saving yourself a few minutes of walking around passages into the main concourse.

You're cutting it fine, it's a bit of a risk with an advance ticket tbh. That said, I am planning on a 19.02 to Cambridge with a 19.13 as a backup.

More like a 5.45 finish surely

FT 16.50ish
ET finish 17.30 ish
Penalties finish 17.45ish

This may sound like a daft plan but say they won on pennas, wouldnt it be quicker to use their train stop if theyre still in the ground?
