Ours was the same, ring Dyson tell them the situation explain your disappointed they will post you a new battery it’s an easy replacement

Pull the filter out and bang the fucker against a wall for a few minutes until the dust / fluff is gone.
That’s the advice you’ll get from dyson but without the swearing.

Ours was the same and Dyson gave superb advice over the 'phone about how to clean the filers correctly.

I'd already cleaned them but got loads more hardened grot out after been told how best to do it.

There's some good Youtube videos showing how to clean the filers effectively.

I suggest that you try this before potentially splashing out cash unnecessarily on a repair.

Utter garbage Dysons like. Personifies style over substance. My 15 year old Miele pisses all over the one I have.

And aye it does this too. Filters need a good clean or hair tangling in the brushes.

Ours was doing that and it was part of a hair grip stuck in the curved bit of the head, good coat hanger got it out.
