Durham CCC face Worcestershire CCC at Emirates Durham ICG this week in their final match of the 2011 LV= County Championship, still with a chance of claiming their third title in four years. The home side go into the game 15 points behind the current leaders, Warwickshire, who play Hampshire at The Rose Bowl and 12 points behind Lancashire who travel to Taunton to play Somerset this week.
Head Coach Geoff Cook has named a 13 man squad for the fixture which includes Michael Di Venuto (elbow) who is set to return to action after retiring hurt in the second innings of the last Championship fixture against Sussex.
Durham CCC would like to remind supporters that the start time for LV= County Championship fixtures in September is 10.30am each day.

Likely to miss out on the title but still expect to beat Worse! Warwickshite are on telly all week and no doubt they'll be going around the grounds regularly. However us grafters will be at work anyway
Must say that this 10.30 start time is better, I'd even go as far as saying why not start at 10 all season. Never seen the point in such a late start. Plus you could play later to catch up on any lost overs......
