Brydon Carse and Matthew Potts will kick off their winter in England’s ODI squad for their three match ODI series against West Indies. The ODI series kicks off on Sunday 3 December at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua, with the 2nd on 6 December also taking place at the same venue before the series finale on Saturday 9 December in Barbados.
Potts is currently in the United Arab Emirates alongside Durham teammates Ollie Robinson and Callum Parkinson for an England Lions red ball training camp. The camp has been running from 16 November and runs until 7 December.
David Bedingham has returned back to South Africa for the winter to play for Western Province in the South Africa domestic competitions. Bedingham played his part in Western Province 50 over cup glory and is currently representing South Africa A for their three match test series against West Indies A which takes place in November and December.
Ben Raine and Bas de Leede are also in the United Arab Emirates representing Morrisville Samp Army for the seventh edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 league – the competition runs from 28 November until 9 December and is based at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium.
Bas de Leede will return to the United Arab Emirates in January alongside Michael Jones as the Durham duo have been signed in the UAE T20 league. Both will feature for Desert Vipers in the month-long tournament which runs from 19 January until 18 February.
Jonathan Bushnell has returned to Scarborough Cricket Club in Western Australia and is featuring for the Western Australian Cricket Association side for the second year running.
Ben McKinney, Mitchel Killeen and Haydon Mustard are currently in India with England Under 19s for a Quadrangular Youth ODI Series against India A, India B and Bangladesh. McKinney is once again captaining England for the series.
