Dry January

Feel like I've put a bit of weight on (not that I've checked) so I'm cutting down - I've not been having a drink during the week and am being a bit less slack with food.

I've also upped the running to prep for the Edinburgh marathon in May.

Dry January can get fucked like
 


I'm still managing a dry January so far. I'm not actively doing it, I just don't drink very much if at all when at home these days and kids/shift work mean that nights out are few and far between.

Was asleep on the sofa with that flu bug by half 10 on NYE anarl so it's not even a pretendy one.
 
I don’t drink enough to make a dry month at any time of year in any way necessary.

I heard on the (Irish) radio yesterday morning that 3 pints is now considered binge drinking. If that's the case, I put in a few double shifts every weekend.
