I've been an on and off smoker for a few years tbh, started 10 years ago then only smoked when drinking for the last 2-3 years, it's getting past that which seems harder.

Just stick at it... been stopped smoking longer than I smoked now.

It's an awful habit like. Should be made illegal IMO but of course then the massive stream of income would need to come from somewhere else.
