Pretty sober today. Kids were up really early and tired and feral by the time was going to me ma's so just wanted to be ready to leave so only had 2 before dinner.
In fairness to kids they were fine. But was able to drive home. Have since hammered down 6 cans and a large Jamesons to finish. Probably the least I've drank on Jesus's birthday for about 26 years.

I was with family and there were 3 kids in the one room all day. Aged 7 and 10. No tv. No gadgets. No games. One present each. They made a game up which was a bit like bowling using a masking tape roll and some polystyrene packing they drew a monster on.
Then they read or drew.
Better behaved than the adults.
